RETURN FOR REFUND

You MUST contact us before doing a return for refund. If you simply ship something back without contacting us, there is a VERY GOOD CHANCE that you will be sending it back to the WRONG LOCATION.If you send a shirt back to the wrong location, you will pay for shipping to the right location. So contact and ask.

Please pay shipping for returns... it is only fair! Shipping is nonrfundable unless we made an error in your order.

If WE made an error and you are returning, we will pay shipping. (example: we sent the wrong color fabric from what was ordered).

Your card will be credited in full once the item arrives back to us and it is inspected to be in unworn condition with all tags.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

You MUST contact us before doing a return for exchange too. If you simply ship something back without contacting us, there is a VERY GOOD CHANCE that you will be sending it back to the WRONG LOCATION.If you send a shirt back to the wrong location, you will pay for shipping to the right location.

Also, if your shirt just shows up at the warehouse, it may be disregarded without action. Our people work with thousands of garments a day and may not process your order in a timely fashion without instructions and preparations (or process it at all). So contact and ask.
